This output is intended to be a reference document with a coherent set of practical guidelines and principles on how to mainstream a more inclusive disaster management strategy and policies/programmes. The handbook will also serve as a roadmap for policy makers and authorities to enable them to design, adjust and implement more inclusive disaster management plans, programmes and innovative strategies.
